Dr. Kristen Giles founded Giles Chiropractic in 2001 with a clear mission: to create a results-driven practice focused on correcting the root cause of health problems—not just managing symptoms. Her goal has always been to help patients achieve meaningful, long-term improvements in how they feel and function.
She specializes in corrective chiropractic care, using detailed evaluations and X-ray analysis to develop personalized treatment plans. By tracking measurable progress over time, Dr. Giles helps patients not only experience relief, but maintain lasting results and a higher level of function.
Her approach resonates with active adults, professionals, and athletes who want more than short-term fixes. As a competitive triathlete—with multiple Ironman finishes and two qualifications for the Ironman World Championship in Kona—Dr. Giles understands the demands of performance, recovery, and long-term physical health.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Giles has contributed to the advancement of chiropractic through teaching continuing education courses and serving for nine years on the Board of Regents at Life West Chiropractic College, including time as Vice President.
Dr. Giles built Giles Chiropractic alongside her late husband, Dr. Paul Ruscica, and continues to lead the practice with a commitment to patient-centered care, integrity, and long-term outcomes.
Outside the office, she is a dedicated triathlete and proud mother of two daughters, continuing to balance an active lifestyle, family, and health—bringing that real-world perspective into the care she provides.
